International Ordering:

We are Happy to Accept International Orders!

The global response to our products has been extremely exciting for us! Thank you in advance for your interest in our products!

Although our website shopping cart is not set up to accept International orders, we are happy to provide shipping quotes and ship Internationally for those people outside the United States and Canada who would like to place an order. We will let you know in advance that we understand that shipping costs can be high, but have no control over these costs and do not typically mark up shipping costs even though it takes much more time and paperwork for us to process an International order. Please review the information shown below before contacting us to assist you in placing such orders. Also...please be advised that due to increasing fulfillment costs, we have had to establish a minimum order size of $75.00 for all orders outside the U.S. and Canada.

Shipping Costs are based on a variety of factors including:

Recipient's Location

As a general rule, the further you are from our location in California, or the more rural your location, the higher the cost

Type of Shipping Service Used

Small orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include insurance and tracking costs

Larger orders that do not meet postal size or weight requirements are shipped via an air freight carrier such as Fedex or UPS

Expedited orders are shipped via Fedex or UPS at our discretion, unless you have an account with a carrier and we are using your account to ship under

Whether we are shipping direct to your door or a local freight facility

Some air freight shippers will only ship direct to business addresses.

Speed of Shipping, or Time in Transit

On average, both air freight providers and the postal service take between 6-10 business days in transit.

Expedited services are available for additional fees, but be aware they are very expensive!

Size and Weight of the Item(s) Being Shipped

Various shippers have limits on the size, weight and location's they accept. As such, our shipping experts will select the appropriate shipper for your specific situation.

Tracking and Insurance Costs

All orders ship with tracking and insurance costs included in the fees quoted. While we frown on shipping items without insurance, we will do so at your request, but be advised that we are then no longer responsible for an item once it leaves our warehouse, so if it is lost or damaged, it is your loss. In reality, insurance costs are so nominal, it is hard to understand why anyone would make this request, but you would be surprised how many people do!

Shipping Discounts

If you are thinking about placing multiple orders it is much cheaper from a shipping standpoint to combine everything into a single order

Please do not ask us to discount shipping. As stated above, we do not typically mark up shipping costs even though it is much more time consuming and costly for us to pack and process an International shipment.

Duties, Taxes or Other Handling Fees

All of our Shipping Quotes include all fees that related to packing and shipping your order from our warehouse in the United States. Once your order arrives in your country, you may be required to pay local taxes, duties or other administrative fees imposed by local authorities. These costs are not included in our shipping quotes and are 100% your responsibility. Due to the number of countries we ship to and the complexities of these situations, there is no way for us to quote or assess what you will be charged. Whenever possible, we do our best to ship with carriers such as the USPS who impose lower fees. If you have any questions on these fees, please contact your local authorities.

One further comment on this topic...it is true that if you claim a lower value for the items you are receiving, that duty/tax costs may be lower. We get requests every day to put a lower value on the invoice when orders are shipped Internationally, but we have a couple of problems in doing this. First of all it is lying. And if we are contacted by a government agency about a shipment we could get in a lot of trouble for understating the value of a shipment to avoid tax payments. And, in addition, orders that are damaged or lost in transit, can not be insured for their full value, as the claim on the paperwork is for a lesser value.

How to Receive a Quote:

You will need to send us; 1) a list of the item(s) you are interested in, and 2) your complete shipping address including a phone number and email address, so we can generate a shipping quote and send it back to you. You can send your information to us by filling out the 'Contact Us' page on this website. Quotes are typically sent back via email, so please be sure that spam filters will not block our reply. Also, it sounds crazy, but be sure to correctly type in your email address - if your quote bounces back to us and your reply is not received you will probably think we are ignoring you which is never the case! It typically takes about 24 hours for us to generate a quote, although for complex situations or when unique carriers are used it might take up to 2-3 days. There is no obligation to purchase when you request a quote. All we ask is that you are sensitive to our time and try to have a good idea what you need or are interested in before you ask us to put the work into generating a quote.

- Credit Card Type (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted)
- Credit card Number
- Expiration Date
- Name of Cardholder, Exactly as it Appears on Card
- Security Code (Last 3 Digits on Back, or 4 on Front of American Express)
- Complete Billing Address as it Appears on Your Credit Card Statement
- Shipping Address (if Different Then Billing Address)
- Complete List of Item(s) You are Purchasing, and Prices, Including Shipping Costs
