Choppers U.S. Old School Chopper was designed for those that want to be seen and create a stir while out cruising the streets. The classic upright chopper design brings custom motorcycle style and geometry to those that appreciate custom chopper motorcycle lines and aesthetics, in a fun to ride and eye catching bicycle.

Each Choppers U.S. Complete Bike Kit includes all the parts you need, right down to every last nut, bracket and bolt, to assemble your new custom chopper. Chopper bike kits have been engineered to have all components properly function together, so there is no guesswork about matching sizes, threads, or other challenges that typically plague the bike assembly process. This kit makes an excellent project for the beginning chopper builder or a great value as a starting point for an experienced builder.

FRONT END:
Fork - Choppers U.S. Custom Springer Suspension Triple Tree Fork with engraved logo. Trees are constructed of Polished 6061 CNC aluminum, and all steel parts are polished and plated in show chrome.
Headset - 1-1/8" Threadless Sealed Bearing Headset Assembly
Trim - Polished Aluminum Fork Leg Caps, and Choppers U.S. Logo Cap for Head Tube

- SAFETY FEATURES: Keep in mind that as a custom chopper build, this kit may not include some safety features typically found on pre-assembled, mass market bicycles (i.e. reflectors). While most customers believe omission of these items enhances the design of their chopper bicycle, be advised that we do offer these items for sale. Choppers U.S. is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur as a result of your decision to include or not include these items in your custom build.

- RIDING: Due to their unique shape and size, chopper bicycles do not handle like other types of bicycles. Please make sure to familiarize yourself with your chopper bicycle, how it works and practice riding it in a safe area away from traffic or distractions before taking it out on busy streets. Always wear an approved helmet and safety gear while riding and obey traffic signs and laws.

- ASSEMBLY: While some minor assembly may have occurred prior to packing your bike kit, please keep in mind that most, if not all, of the assembly is required. Although assembly only requires a basic mechanical skill level and a limited number of fairly common tools, there are certain aspects of assembly that are critical to making your chopper bike function properly and operate safely. Please be sure to consult a trained bicycle professional if you have any questions or concerns about properly assembling your new bike.
